A little about me
A little about me
Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Certified Sex Therapist, and I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and their sexuality.
I believe therapy should feel like a soft landing—a place where you can take a deep breath, be honest, and feel fully human. Whether we’re talking about sex, identity, fear, love, or how to just be with yourself, I show up with curiosity, warmth, and humor to make space for all of it. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has the right to truth, contentment, and pleasure. I see therapy not as a place to “fix” you, but to rediscover parts of yourself that may have been silenced, shamed, or simply never explored.
I’m trained in working with a wide range of clients, including LGBTQIA+ folks, people in non-monogamous relationships or kinksters. And those who’ve never talked about sex out loud before in their lives. If you’re willing to show up for yourself, I’ll show up next to you.
And yes—I’ve been the client too. I know how intimidating therapy can feel, especially when you’re opening up about the most intimate parts of your life. But I also know how transformative it can be. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
